Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registrations are 100% refundable if Mammoth Mountain isn’t operating prior to the start of camp due to COVID-19 or a similar pandemic type of situation. 

Weather closures: Partial refunds may be available, but are not guaranteed, for full-day closures during camp week. There are no refunds for partial day closures. We will work with Mammoth to refund a portion of your lesson fees for full-day weather closures.  No other fees are refundable if there are closures due to weather. 

Cancellations not due to Mammoth operations closing:

  • Cancellations for lessons only package: $50 processing fee
  • Cancellations for lodging and lessons packages:
    • You may cancel or change up to 5 full days in advance of your arrival date for a minimum fee of $100. For shared lodging, cancellation fees may include the full cost of lodging if no replacements can be made.
    • Cancellations or changes less than 5 full days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of $100 plus the cost of the first night of lodging. For shared lodging, cancellation fees may include full cost of lodging if no replacements can be made. We do our best to find alternative solutions to reduce lodging fees.
    • After camp begins, there are no refunds for lodging or other camp fees. Partial refunds may be available for lessons if cancellation is due to injury or illness.
    • Unused lift tickets are not refundable unless the mountain is closed due to a pandemic or there are full-day weather closures and no lifts are running.

We understand that last-minute cancellations are usually due to emergency situations. We will do our best to minimize the amount of your cancellation fees.
