Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations on or prior to November 22, 2023:

• Cancellation fee for lessons package (no lodging): $100
• Cancellation fee for lodging and lessons packages: $200 plus cost of the first night of lodging. For shared lodging, cancellation fees may include full cost of lodging if no replacements can be made. We do our best to find alternative solutions to reduce lodging cancellation fees.

Cancellations after November 22, 2023:

• Cancellation fee for lessons package (no lodging): $200
• Cancellation fee for lodging and lessons packages: $200 plus total cost of lodging

After December 6, 2023 – no refunds are available.

Weather closures: Refunds are not guaranteed for full-day weather closures during camp week. There are no refunds for partial day closures. We will work with Mammoth to refund a portion of your lesson fees for full-day weather closures. No other fees are refundable if there are closures due to weather. 

We understand that last-minute cancellations are usually due to emergency situations. We will do our best to work with Mammoth to minimize the amount of your cancellation fees.
